When I became a stay-at-home mom, I didn’t have a plan, and now that I wasn’t working I realized I had no hobbies or interests outside of being a mother. I quickly became overwhelmed, resentful, and depressed.

I lacked structure which in turn the kids lacked structure. I was winging it every day leaving me no time to rediscover myself. It was like a light bulb went off and almost instantly my life and mindset changed.
